What’s included

One flat tier. Everything is included.

• All your users. Your whole supply chain team. Your CFO. Your IT director. Your auditor. No per-seat tax.
• All your SKUs. No SKU-tier cliff that doubles your bill when you add a product line.
• All your locations. Multi-warehouse, multi-region, multi-country. Multi-location reasoning is the wedge — it shouldn’t carry a separate price.
• No write-back meter. Every replenishment write-back to Business Central — every PO, every transfer — counts as zero against your bill.
• 30-day shadow-mode trial. Read-only access to your BC data. Watch the agent run. Compare its recommendations against your own. Write-back unlocks at conversion to paid.
• Approval-gated write-back. Every write-back to Business Central is approval-gated by default. Idempotent. Reversible inside a 24-hour rollback window. Audit-logged.
• Trust primitives are permanent. Pause, stop, rollback, and restore-manual-approval are architectural commitments. The agent’s autonomy loosens with track record, step-by-step — never the other way around. You can always restore explicit approval.
• SOC 2 Type 1 at GA. Type 2 follows.

What’s not included

• No implementation fee. Connect Business Central, watch Isovel populate dashboards. Time-to-first-insight target: under 10 minutes.
• Sold direct. No reseller channel, no markup.
• No usage meter. Phase 1 launch is one flat tier. We’re not metering write-backs at launch — we want the agent’s adoption curve, not your finance team’s surprise.
• No sales team. Two teams: marketing and engineering/dev. If you need to schedule a demo to evaluate Isovel, that’s a failure of the website. The website does the persuasion work.

Why one tier, why this number

Most planning tools either hide their pricing behind a sales call or stack per-user, per-SKU, per-warehouse fees that double your bill the moment you grow. We didn’t want either.

One flat per-tenant tier is the only model that doesn’t punish you for using Isovel more. Add a planner, add a location, add a SKU line — it doesn’t move the bill. $999/month sits under the ~$2,000/month ceiling BC distributors say they can stomach for a planning tool (r/supplychain — “Aiming to keep this under ~$2000/month”), and below enterprise per-tenant comparables (Lokad Enterprise ~$1,350/month, Cin7 Core Advanced $999/month with hard user and order caps).

If your write-back volume ever outgrows one flat tier, we’ll publish a higher tier — not surprise you with overage charges.

Founding pricing — locked at $999

Phase 1 founding members get $999/month / $10,000/year for the duration of their first 12-month term. We may revise pricing for new customers after launch; founding pricing is rate-locked. The 12-month term protects you from us; the rate-locking protects us from you switching at month 11.

Frequently asked

1. Is the price per user or per company? Per Business Central tenant. One tenant, one price, unlimited users.

2. What if I have multiple BC tenants? We’re working on a multi-tenant tier for Phase 2. Email us if you have multiple BC environments today; we’ll work something out for the founding cohort.

3. Is there a free tier? The 30-day shadow-mode trial is the free tier. Read-only access to your BC data, full agent recommendations, no write-back. No credit card required to start the trial.

4. What happens at month 13? Your founding rate carries through if you renew. Otherwise the going rate at the time applies — but we’ll give you 60 days’ notice and the option to lock another 12 months at the founding rate before any change.

5. Can I cancel? You’re committed for the 12-month term. After that, month-to-month. The 30-day shadow trial is your “try before you commit” — that’s where the cancel decision happens.
